Hello! My name is Čante (pronouns: she/her/hers). I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota with a specialization in Couples and Family Therapy. I received my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - Stout and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Oregon and Minnesota. I have had the privilege of a diverse upbringing and have dedicated my career to wellness, community, addressing multicultural family issues, and intersectional healing.

I specialize in working with partners, families, and individuals who want connection and deeper, more loving relationships. I am passionate about helping folks improve communication with loved ones, form healthy emotional bonds, increase intimacy, and achieve healthy lifestyles.

I use research-based techniques to help you and your loved ones spark joy in your relationships, develop communication skills, and increase empathy/understanding.

As a therapist, my main focus is to work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful connection, strengthen community, heal from past experiences, and improve quality of life. My work is focused on your emotional wellbeing, creating healthy bonds, and your intersectional experience.
